有限元結果強度評足

按照JB4732-95(鋼制壓力容器—分析設計標準》培訓教材,實驗室反應釜首先選取了AB,BC兩條處理線;在筒體、封頭相貫線上應力強度位置處,又選取了DE處理線,應力處理線具體位置見圖8。表I給出分析設計應力失效機理及強度校核,并以此為依據對所選應力處理線進行了應力評定??梢钥闯鏊O計的厚度不滿足強度要求,這說明需要補強設計[。
頂蓋補強設計
前面的分析設計說明,由于開孔的原因,應力集中非常嚴重,導致強度不足,必須設法補強。滿足強度要求。從經濟方面考慮,盡管實驗室反應釜 貼補強圈給制造帶來了一定的難度,但總體來說貼補強圈比整體補強要經濟。另外,由于反應釜外部所接管線比較多,特別是頂蓋上面,所以選擇了在內部貼0680mmx8iumm]的補強圈,并重新建模進行了應力評定(方法同前),見表3,可見補強以后強度滿足要求。圖9給出貼補強圈以后接管、筒體與封頭相貫線的應力強度變化曲線,其分布趨勢與沒有補強時的完全相同。
