高溫高壓反應釜密封面積大頂蓋厚度設計

高溫高壓反應釜最高工作壓力為0.7MPa,設計壓力取0.8MPa,腐蝕裕量取1mm,鋼板負偏差取0.8mm,材料的許用應力為130MPa,按GB150-1998(鋼制壓力容器》設計出頂蓋的厚度約為5mm。再按照文獻〔1]的設計方法,考慮到頂蓋密集開孔的削弱和攪拌器等附件重量的影響,對頂蓋進行整體補強設計,最終頂蓋厚度圓整到8mm[2J0

因為高溫高壓反應釜工作時可能出現負壓,約為一0.077MPa,設計時必須考慮筒體的失穩現象,需按外壓容器設計壁厚。夾套的工作壓力為0.6MPa,設計外壓取為0.7MPa。按外壓容器設計出筒體的名義厚度為14mm,為取材一致和開孔補強,故將頂蓋厚度取與筒體相同。同樣,考慮頂蓋密集開孔的削弱和攪拌器等附件重量的影響,頂蓋厚度取16mmo根據以上分析,頂蓋的名義厚度的設計值為16
