攪拌器在運轉中往往有振動,這種振動除與攪拌器本身的形狀、尺寸、變形有關外,還與反應釜的形狀、尺寸、釜內各種裝置及釜內液體的運動有關,其中關系最大的是攪拌器的漿葉和液體介質之間的相對運動而產生的渦流。
攪拌器在運轉中往往有振動,這種振動除與攪拌器本身的形狀、尺寸、變形有關外,還與反應釜的形狀、尺寸、釜內各種裝置及釜內液體的運動有關,其中關系的是攪拌器的漿葉和液體介質之間的相對運動而產生的渦流。由渦流而產生的流體力便成了周期性的外力。這個外力能引起攪拌器的振動或共振。為了減輕攪拌器的振動,用一種裝在攪拌軸上的穩定裝置(/1)這種穩定裝置片葉的徑向尺寸w比軸向尺寸H小,它處于釜中液體中心的“園柱狀回轉區”內。穩定裝置和周圍的液體共同旋轉而幾乎不消耗功率,但能在攪拌器易振動的方向起到足夠的阻尼作用,并使轉動件周圍液體的湍流小,從而起到防振、減振作用。
